Support Client: Update application name

Describe the task
Update the application display name for Forest Client

Acceptance Criteria

• Update the application name to "Forests Client Management System", we're actually using the application description to show in the UI, so maybe we just need to update the application description in the fam_application table to be "Forest Client Management System" dev/test/prod

Additional context

• Feel we only need to update the application name in the database, the terraform config in Cognito is fine to keep as it is
