We(Group 9) have some questions which need to be clarified in order to update the requirements and the use case diagram so complete the assignment properly, about our language learning platform. The purpose of this meeting is to get answers to these questions.

2. Questions & Answers

1. How many exercises from which languages or which type(reading, listening etc.) of exercises will shown to guest users?

The number of exercises, or the type of the exercises to be shown to the guest users depend on your design. There is not a strict definition for that. It is up to your definition, all works for me. The only "must" mentioned by me is not showing everything within the system to the guest users.

2. In which way the suggested learning materials will be approved and uploaded to system? By admin approval or approval of a bunch of users(e.g maybe by 10 user)?

Both is ok. But I would prefer the approval of a set of users (again, the number of users may be customized by you) instead of admins, since it is quite possible that the admins are not experts in many languages.

3. How will we design the essay reviewer users interface? Will it an additional button to the page where type of exercises shown(writing, reading, listening)?

Probably the essays are reviewed in a separate page. You can design your own idea, but one example may be like this: the pending reviews requested by other users may be browsed in my own profile page or home page. There may be several buttons there such as continue reviewing, reject, accept etc. (depending on the state of the review), ant reviewing may redirect me to another page with an embedded pdf file (or image etc.) which I can annotate, add comments on it and submit the feedbacks back to the requester. This is just an example, feel free to design anything appropriate.

4. And how will we check whether they want to review essays or not ? (e.g. while registration part)

I don't know if I got the question correctly: A user can disable to get essay review requests, right? This preference may be set in profile page, at anytime not just for one time.
