What scientific question is your analysis addressing?

This PR fixes all of the HGG subtype discrepancies by going back to overhaul the TP53 score module to use a match_id and then rerunning TP53, HGG, pathology, and integrate. I also added multiple checks for duplicates within the TP53 annotation and HGG annotation modules.
