Summary
Adds first version of a Metro page to the docs, detailing configuration patterns available as of 0.72. A response to facebook/metro#1010 (and kristerkari/react-native-svg-transformer#276) — where there is some potential for user confusion under the 0.72 setup.

Note: We may do a functional follow up to simplify
getDefaultConfigin 0.72.x, and will more holistically Metro config loading in 0.73. However this PR is a first step to clearly document the current state of things.
