After running the pipeline, you may want to see how your configured pipeline is doing on the dataset compared with reference standard (ground truth).

To start the comparison, first you need to set up the target annotator's name and the reference annotator's name. And then click the compare button. After the comparison is finished. A pop-up window to display the performance scores. And then, you can click the "ViewComparedResults" button to review the difference.

In the difference view table, you sort the results on different columns by clicking the column title. In the "Comment" column, "fn" means false negative: the annotation exists in the reference standard but missed in your pipeline output; "fp" means false positive: the annotatios exists in your pipeline output but not in the reference standard.
