Hi @vigneshp826. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I think this needs to be the capa repo, also for the other OS's for clusterawsadm.

The link generated is https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api/releases/download/v2.3.0/clusterawsadm-windows-amd64.exe and still does not work for me.

Yes https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api/pull/9870/files#r1424943989

The binary is hosted in the release artifacts of the cluster-api-provider-was repo so we can't use cluster-api as the repo
