Retire the component DefaultRenderer
(merge #1835 before this PR)

Description

DefaultRenderer used to be the fallback renderer for many $types. PR #1811 organized all schema-driven logic into 'uischema'; PR #1835 implemented a 'default' widget for all unrecognized $types. Based on these two PRs, all functions in DefaultRenderer are already covered by UISchemaRenderer, we don't need it anymore,

Therefore, I opened this chore PR for retiring the component.
