Finishes the remaining items that require documenting for the JS AST implementations. Once again, I tried my best to ensure these are accurate, but it might not be 100% correct.
I also renamed the
get_identifiermethod toget_identifier_nameto make it clear that it returns anAtom/strand not anIdentifier.
