Curvature

Ruben de la Torre edited this page May 5, 2018 · 1 revision

Curvature, also known as Normal-mapping, is a technique to give the impression of a 3D structure on a flat surface. To enable this you need to provide a Normal Map which contains the “pseudo” information for height and slopes. This way the light will distribute around the fake bumps and dents of the normal map.

Highlight Tint

Curvature Highlight has been tinted “yellowish”

Tint the Highlight for interesting effects. This does not affect the sprite itself, just the Highlights. The brightness of the Tint color also controls the Highlight strength.

Depth

Does as the name imply, you can also go backwards and inverse this way the curvature.

Gloss

Also does as the name implies, set it to 0 make the surface dull.
