I see you folks are deprecating go1.15 here. Is it possible to also deprecate go1.16 so we can upgrade to the latest dependencies? I know the latest aws-sdk-go (v1) requires go1.17 at least. |

Bumps the minimum go version for
chamberto be go 1.16. This aligns with our current test and distributables support.
