Need to update pathfinder_simd #233

Due to the recent nightly stdsimd changes the dependency pathfinder_simd needs an update in order to build font-kit

Note #227 did some prep for a new release

MultisampledNight added a commit to MultisampledNight/core that referenced this issue Feb 13, 2024

feat(rust): switch to stable toolchain for now
cf89452 
pathfinder_simd uses a nightly feature that changed recently,
and as such fails to compile on nightly.
