Feature: short guide

As a SNUBot User who are not familiar with SNUBot,
I want to know how to use the SNUBot,
So that I can use SNUBot well or efficiently.

Acceptance test:

user enters SNUBot site.
user can find the short guide on chat box.
user can find the short guide which have some example question randomly and click button to suggest some idea to SNUBot.
if user submits some questions, short guide will disappear and answer appears
