This PR adds warnings for issues than can arise during label expansion in the loki sink:

  • warnings for label expansion errors
  • warnings for dynamic/dynamic and dynamic/static label expansions collisions
  • warnings for dynamic label null values

Explanation

A regression test is an integrated performance test for vector in a repeatable rig, with varying configuration for vector.
