cellList

The cellList is a dataframe which reflects the original input data. In the case of a .CSV or .TXT input, it is mostly a direct copy of the data. When a matlab file or matlab files are imported, one file with all variables is made. The column names in cellList are originating from the segmentation or fluorescence detection program used.
