Replaces the largely uselss Tenacity relics with Agility relics; Relics that increase your movement speed and jump height.
Also adjusts the Heart of the Seraph relics to boost speed and jump height as well.
Lastly, there is an option to replace either the Otto Idol or Winter is Over with a relic that supercharges your jumps (Moon Shoes).
