Causes Terramorphous the Invincible to signal for his Elpis based Doppelgangers to travel through a wormhole, that on arrival, can confuse players and provide support for a brief time.
Does not alter Terramorphous's stats in any way.
These Elpisian Doppelgangers will despawn shortly after being summoned (replaces tentacles). Consequently makes getting a second wind nigh impossible.
