Replaces the Pun-chee
Lower capacity
Recharge delay has been heavily increased
Increases movement speed by 50% while equipped

The Pun-chee was just a standard roid shield with higher stats.
I added the movement feature to make it unique and compete with the Hide of Terra and Love Thumper.
The Boss Rush can be useful for non melee characters due to the movement speed helping with farming.
The much higher recharge delay lets the player be in roid mode longer.
