Features:
Changes the accuracy accessory of SMGs into the Double Accessory from Borderlands 1.
Changes Bandit barrels to be similar to the Anarchy barrels from Borderlands 1.
Together they form Double Anarchies.
Prefixes changed to match Pistol double accesory prefix.
NOTES:
If using S&S Forever/S&S Lite, these is a fix for each of them at the bottom.
If using Old Hyperion, these is a fix for it at the bottom.
