Replaces the Evolution
Seraph Tediore shield!
Increases weapon swap speed
Increases reload speed
Increases movement speed

The Evolution was such a challenge for me to make interesting, so I completely replaced it.
The shield is based of energy drinks.
Fits Tediores motto, inspired by cheap and mass produced energy drinks.
