turns the Tunguska into a Vladof Rocket Launcher focusing on RNG.
Burst Fires entire magazine quickly with poor accuracy and slightly less damage.
Has the effect to Not-Consume, Add or even Generate ammo randomly from the Butcher
Will absolutely delete old Tunguskas so be aware and back up saves or something.
Also adds the gun as a quest reward from Claptrap's final quest in the Tiny Tina DLC (The chain that gives you the Grog Nozzle).
