v3.0.3

Minor bug fixes for the 3.0 release (ie bugs in 3.0.2 are fixed in this 3.0.3 release). In particular:

• Missing country flags on the options dialog are now present, and all flags are now rectangular rather than square
• The software now checks whether you are running the latest version and, if not, prompts you to download it. (Previously this logic was present but broken.)
• Improved the logic and logging of where the software looks for its resources (default database file, sound files for timer, etc)
