Uses the new static port methods in OpType Adds a test to ensure we're correctly using them in the Commands iterator. (this broke on the update)
This was causing the hard-coded AngleAdd encoding not to work for OpaqueOps. Now we compare ops by name instead. drive-by: Nice errors in the encoder
