Summary

SUMMARY: Balance "Replace random lab turrets with lab security"

Purpose of change

There's not really any rationale for placing turrets in random locations that aren't of high value in labs. It makes much more sense to have lab security there, as opposed to turrets.
Finales still have turrets.

Describe the solution

Spawn GROUP_LAB_SECURITY in place of turrets, or remove turret spawns where appropriate (vaults).

Testing

Went to a lab, found no turrets (barring the entrance and finale).

I feel like the armory should still have a turret.

There's not really any rationale for placing turrets in random locations
that aren't of high value in labs. It makes much more sense to have lab
security there, as opposed to turrets.
