Cosmos stargate tracking branch #172

This is a tracking branch for the stargate upgrade.

• CosmWasm 0.10.0
• Cosmos SDK: ce9c2b2 (to be updated again, and again)

It also contains the IBC integration spec but the actual work to do so is in another branch

Known problems:

• wasmcli tx send fails with cannot protobuf JSON encode unsupported type: *tx.builder, exiting... bug

Fixed

• sdk contains fix for cli q account

This builds on work from many prior branches, which were discarded in the process of rebasing and merging;

🤦 and how is anyone supposed to integrate with this when the basic commands (query account, send tx) break daily
