Triggered when you complete a scan of a planetary body. When using this event in the Speech responder the information about this event is available under the event object. The available variables are as follows

  • name The name of the body that has been scanned

  • bodyclass The class of the body that has been scanned (High metal content body etc)

  • gravity The surface gravity of the body that has been scanned, relative to Earth's gravity

  • earthmass The mass of the body that has been scanned, relative to Earth's mass

  • radius The radius of the body that has been scanned, in metres

  • temperature The surface temperature of the body that has been scanned (only available if DSS equipped)

  • pressure The surface pressure of the body that has been scanned (only available if DSS equipped)

  • tidallylocked True if the body is tidally locked (only available if DSS equipped)

  • landable True if the body is landable (only available if DSS equipped)

  • atmosphere The atmosphere of the body that has been scanned (only available if DSS equipped)

  • volcanism The volcanism of the body that has been scanned (only available if DSS equipped)

  • distancefromarrival The distance in LS from the main star

  • orbitalperiod The number of seconds taken for a full orbit of the main star

  • rotationperiod The number of seconds taken for a full rotation

  • semimajoraxis The semi major axis of the body

  • eccentricity The orbital eccentricity of the body

  • orbitalinclination The orbital inclination of the body

  • periapsis The periapsis of the body

  • rings A list of the body's rings

  • reserves The level of reserves in the rings if applicable (Pristine/Major/Common/Low/Depleted)

  • materials A list of materials present on the body that has been scanned

  • terraformstate Whether the body can be, is in the process of, or has been terraformed (only available if DSS equipped)

  • axialtilt Axial tilt for the body (only available if DSS equipped)

  • estimatedvalue The estimated value of the current scan

To use this event in VoiceAttack, create a command entitled ((EDDI body scanned)). The event information can be accessed using the following VoiceAttack variables
