PTSCache
.
NOTES UNTIL FINISHED
PTSCache basically deploys two rclone caches, one is your personal gsuite with the other being your teamdrive.
Basically, we no longer need PLEXDRIVE while having the ability to read both drives through a combonation unionfs. Your downloaded file will not upload via the traditional rclone route, by either through the traditional move service or SuperTransfer2.
PTSScan is being intergrated to ensure that your files show up right away (Bryde has been a great help). We added a scan delay due to shows taking a few minutes to show up. Since files hit /mnt/move, it shouldn't take long due to the fact the file local and is almost ready for scanning. Please be patient with this writeup until more automated.
To make life easier for you, if you have no rclone config in place; PTSCache will deploy an rclone config file for you with 2 of the 4 configs already built. Your basically going to add GDrive Personal and your TeamDrive.
GOTO PROGRAMS > BETA > PTSCACHE
- Run Rclone and let it install. Afterwards, you should be in rclone config. You should see two mounts:
- tcache (for teamdrive)
- gcache (for googledrive)
You will create 2 mounts as listed (do not put in your id and secret, press 1 to everything asking for it and anything you type in, just hit enter!)
- gdrive - select 11 - veryif your token
- teamdrive - select 11 - verify your token
In the end, you should have 4 files: tcache, gcache, gdrive, and teamdrive
FROM HERE on that same beta menu, select [ Deploy PTSCache ] Before doing this, have something in your TeamDrive and Personal Drive; they should show up in the test below.
After it's done, verify the following mounts works
ls -la /mnt/gdrive ls -la /mnt/tcache ls -la /mnt/gdrive
Verify the following services work
sudo systemctl status tcache sudo systemctl status gcache sudo systemctl status unionfs
Now you will Go back and Deploy Super Transfer 2
Visit GCE Feedbox on this for more info
In the end when you are done, point PLEX to /mnt/unionfs/ as a base and whatever folder from there.
After this is all good, PTS Scan instructions will be here so stuff scans right away!
To outright deploy this not being ready, you will type ansible-role PTScache. This is not smart until you configure your rclone configs and then deploy it!
