The current
Knowledge Basefeature is no longer working. The external service(Api.ai) that was providing this integration has been deprecated onMarch 31st, 2020. TheDialoglowis now supporting only thev2API version, so our plan is to create a new integration between Rocket.Chat and Dialogflow by creating a newRocket.Chat Appfor this integration.Also, I'm going to remove the documentation related to the old
Knowledge Basefeature.
