Frog allows dynamically adding methods to lists

The following code is not supposed to work, but the Frog compiler allows it and happily prints "hest". The A class is just there to silence a warning about bar() not being defined anywhere:

  class A {
    bar() { }
  }

  main() {
    var a = [];
    a["proto"]["bar$0"] = () { print('hest'); };
    a.bar();
  }

There is a bug that checked mode does not properly check arguments on some operators.
The check on the index being 'int' is missing.

Is fixing the missing check sufficient to close this issue?
Or is the claim that this code should never call 'bar', even in unchecked mode after the point of failure in checked mode?

Kasper and Lars discussed this at some length, and their view was that this should throw an exception in unchecked mode.
