What does this PR do?
Exclude the search for module to the beat that will be built and tested. For such, I standardised the make/mage functions to use the directory argument, then the getCommonModuleInTheChangeSet could honor the regex with the directory folder accordingly.
Why is it important?
Otherwise, there will be cases where then the
MODULEenv variable will be set for the wrong beat, as stated in #19908 (comment)Issues

Tests
I've added some test cases scenarios in the shared library for the getGitMatchingGroup step that should verify the regexp and exclude are behaving as expected
