Releases: focustense/easymod
Beta 1 Hotfix 7
Fixes several newly-discovered bugs and usability issues from Hotfix 6:
- #56: Corrupted plugins crash the app before any UI is displayed
- #60: General madness around child overhauls - child NPCs are now filtered completely to avoid conflicts with child overhauls and allow them to be run in parallel with the EasyNPC mod
- #63: Unreadable BSAs can crash the app at various times
- #64: Show warnings when NPC race is being changed by an overhaul
- #65: Inconsistent face plugin/mod settings generated when new mods are loaded
- #66: Unable to reset all missing references
- #40: Show clearer warnings for "trim" to prevent accidental use
And various minor UI improvements and internal fixes.

Alpha 3
Adds several new features, mostly centered around troubleshooting and overall "productivity".
- Significantly improved load-order screen that prevents missing masters and plugin duplication (#1, #15)
- Several more options for dealing with uninstalled/disabled mods (#2, #5, #18)
- Tools to locate the source of a problem or conflict more quickly (#5, #14)
- Mugshot redirects, to avoid having to rename folders (#3)
- Includes Pride of Skyrim mod as a default redirect, since the originally-released previews didn't have the same name as the default installed mod name.
- Various bug fixes and handling of unexpected situations (#15, #19, #20)
Excepting any serious bugs reported in the next week or two, this should be the last alpha release before official beta.
Alpha 2 Update 1
Rolls up previous hotfixes, and includes some additional bug fixes and improved detection of defaults.
- Supports new Steam installations (hotfix 1)
- Supports Windows Dark Theme (hotfix 2)
- Uses a new settings system that won't reset/erase settings after each new release.
- Upgrading from 0.1.x to any other version, including 0.2.0, will erase settings. But after upgrading to 0.2.0 or higher, it will not happen for any subsequent updates.
- This bug was due to how the .NET configuration system interacts with the Publish system, and unfortunately there does not appear to be any way to provide a perfectly smooth transition.
- Significantly improves the overall understanding of face (overhaul) mods and behavior mods on initial load; should have much fewer false positives and false negatives.
- Has been tested with USSEP, CRF, AI Overhaul, and the same 50+ NPC overhauls as before. As always, it's impossible to test every mod/patch combination, so there will likely be undiscovered issues with some.
- Fixes issue #15 - freezing on startup with certain load orders.
