I don't understand why it's better to force the users to use the Material icons. I've chosen an icon pack for my Linux desktop and it looks so much better when all applications use the same icons. |

@mueller-ma it's not as simple as "use these icons!" because there are icons that simply do not exist in your icon pack, or the default icon pack, that our application uses. Mixing your icon theme with the material theme is just ugly and non-productive. I can understand standardizing icons between desktop-env supported applications. Custom applications are under no obligation to follow the desktop-env "convention" because of this reason. |

With the Material Design icons, any other icons brought in through the system icon theme will look inconsistent. Also remove the KEEPASSXC_IGNORE_ICON_THEME environment variable (which was introduced during development of the new icons to disable the system icon theme and is thus no longer needed). Fixes keepassxreboot#475
