Don't see this. Was this just speccing Synapse's implementation behaviour?
Done in #13084. Otherwise all of the deprecations and backwards-compatible changes are covered AFAICS. I haven't fully audited the "spec clarifications"; I'm assuming that anything important enough for HS authors to care about is called out. |
