Update the odiglet base image to a newer version of Debian. One of the advantages of this upgrade is a newer version of clang and llvm.

Relevant breaking changes in the collector that are addressed in this PR (from the [contribe releases](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/releases) and [collector release](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector/releases). > The otlpreceiver now uses localhost by default instead of 0.0.0.0. This may break the receiver in containerized environments like Kubernetes. If you depend on 0.0.0.0 disable the component.UseLocalHostAsDefaultHost feature gate or explicitly set the endpoint to 0.0.0.0 > confmap: When passing configuration for a string field using any provider, use the verbatim string representation as the value. (open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#10605, open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#10405) This matches the behavior of ${ENV} syntax prior to the promotion of the confmap.unifyEnvVarExpansion feature gate to beta. It changes the behavior of the ${env:ENV} syntax with escaped strings
…1429) After merging this we will be managing helm charts in this repo fully. The old index will then stay up and working but will be stale. This has a benefit of being able to update helm and code in the same PR, simplifying the whole release process and having e2e tests run on the latest unreleased helm version. This PR will also change the chart versioning(currently `0.3.x`) to match the application version(currently `1.0.x`) on every release. This includes [2bd8d7b](odigos-io/odigos-charts@2bd8d7b) of odigos-charts which is the last commit at the moment of creation of this PR. Commits: - **feat: migrate helm chart over as is** - **feat: default image tags to Chart.AppVersion** - **feat: point references to external chart repository to this repo** --------- Co-authored-by: Amir Blum <amirgiraffe@gmail.com>

This will remove usage of `odigosconfigurations.odigos.io` CRD and replace it with a plain ConfigMap to remove race conditions when installing named CRD and CR at the same time during the install process. New ConfigMap will look as following: ``` [...] data: config.yaml: { ... serialized JSON of odigosconfiguration.spec ... } [...] ``` With the exception of removal of `SupportedSDKs`(as per @blumamir request to remove it from CM) the contents of `config.yaml` value and the `Spec` field are identical and serialize from the same string and parse to the same object. Installs now just install ConfigMap instead of the CR of OdigosConfiguration, Helm upgrades are unchanged, as they used to just overwrite the CR anyway. CLI parses the old config unless there's already a ConfigMap and creates it as a ConfigMap. The old CRD is left there unused for now to be able to keep on using the API for it(for migration) - can be removed when we feel we are ready to remove the migration path.
…-io#1446) Since odigos upgrade is a potentially sensative process which can fail for various reasons, this PR adds an e2e test that starts with the latest odigos version from github, and then calls cli upgrade to the current version in HEAD. Then it generates traffic and verify that traces are created. - This is a basic test for the most straight forward case. while it can catch many issues, we can consider extending it in the future to run and assert more aspects after the upgrade - It currently only runs cli upgrade and not helm upgrade. since we are soon going to migrate cli to helm as well, I think it can be taken care of after the refactor. @rauno56 - I duplicated many of the existing yamls from existing tests, with slight modifications. looks like we can extract some of it to a common directory and reuse it?

…ve common functions (odigos-io#1449) This is another step in the way to move everything related to common things into the common packages, and avoid duplications and untyped usages in the project. This PR: - adds more files to the `workload` package in k8sutils to differentiate between the different utils and enums - enums for the workload kinds - function to handle and convert workload kinds - rename function to common format - replace usages in controllers code to use enums where possible There are countless places to go over and improve. This PR is touching on the most easy and straight forward cases I spotted.
I've added @RonFed CRD additions for Head-sampling + change in the relevant places in the code. --------- Co-authored-by: Tamir David <tamirdavid@Tamirs-MacBook-Pro.local>
Since now odigos config is a ConfigMap, it has to be updated as a whole (cannot update one specific field with kubectl patch). This PR removes the `OdigosVersion` property from this configmap so that users do not have to specify it when changing the content
