Notes

1. We will start a new ICC rolling agenda in a Google doc in ICC folder, and then transfer summary notes to GitHub; get volunteer for notes and GitHub at beginning of meeting.
2. Amy summarized some discussion points of strategic planning meeting facilitated by Mark Leggott for the Board and Leadership Group and the timeline for sharing a strategic plan with governance groups and the Islandora community -- the plan is that after a couple of rounds of feedback in governance groups, a version will be shared for the AGM.
3. ICC will send a message to the community about Amy continuing on ICC and the open chair role.
4. We have confirmed involvement from a local team for IslandoraCon planning and answers to questions about accessibility on the site. We are ready to draft and send communications to the Islandora community announcing the site and date and calling for planning committee volunteers. We will work on defining roles (planning committee vs ICC vs IF board) so that responsibilities and communication chains are clear.
5. We will save the September Open Meeting time for the AGM. For October, the topic will be bots; we'll send out comms to the community for input by the end of July, along with a notice that the November Open Meeting date has been changed to Nov 19 to avoid US Thanksgiving week. November topic still under discussion.
