• November Open Meeting prep

  • Lots of folks out so meeting again next week
  • Survey on community feedback for IslandoraCon
  • Committee will start mapping the conference, CFP upcoming, planned before Jan 2025
  • Code of Conduct needs
• Update on combined LG + ICC
  • Doc on reorg: IFLG/ICC Reorg
  • We have almost a full slate of volunteers from all the different groups, Noah is going to follow up on remaining openings
  • The term of the group is up to the 2025 AGM, which will likely be in Sept
    • At that point, we’ll open it up again; folks can re-up if they want; if there are multiple people for a seat, we can have a vote.
    • Right now thinking that each term will be 1 year (AGM to AGM), but should consider chairship and how to best keep momentum and directives going
    • Sarah and Nicole will meet next week to do some prep work based on the identified scope of work, and figure out a first meeting in early December; will work on meeting scheduling, etc.
  • Amy has some docs with onboarding and offboarding checklists; help with winding down and ramping up
  • Have the convo with the bigger group/Board as to where to establish the documentation on governance/source of truth organization
• Update on Community Manager hiring
  • Noah will be posting the position very soon and will send an update on the process to the community via the list serve.
• Winding down the ICC
  • Reminder that the ICC was the fallback for the CoCC
  • Reminder that we should document what the earlier group was even if we didn’t follow the written terms of reference
