IgnoreCfgReqSize

If the IgnoreCfgReqSize flag is set for a client then the window manager will not consider a change in size when it comes to configure request events.

This is primarily used as a workaround for buggy clients that do not behave.

There are no known cases that require this and the option has merely been added for completeness.
