RestrictFocusstackToMonitor

The focusstack function allows the window having focus to be controlled using keyboard shortcuts.

By default the focus can drift from one workspace to another and from one monitor to another.

The RestrictFocusstackToMonitor functionality restricts the feature such that focus will no longer drift between monitors.

The focus can, however, drift between workspaces provided that there are multiple workspaces being viewed at once on a monitor.
