One or more clients can be moved across workspaces using the movews or movealltowsbyname functions.
By default, when moving clients like this, the view stays on the workspace you are currently on.
The ViewOnWs functionality, if enabled, moves the view to the workspace the clients are being
moved to. In other words it makes the view follow the clients being moved.
