This PR releases Legolas version 1.2 as stable.

• Matrix assembly has been reworked + added Hall MHD and viscosity (Rework matrix assembly + Hall/viscosity/v01/B01 extensions #66)
• Added possibility to set v01 and B01 components for the equilibrium (Rework matrix assembly + Hall/viscosity/v01/B01 extensions #66)
• Added code coverage and improved testing framework (Improved CI, code coverage and test extensions #70)

Documentation

• Documentation received an update and some things were restructured and/or rewritten (Development documentation and doc updates #79)

• Fixed lock_zoom issue (Pylbo: support for matplotlib 3.4 #69)
