Make the body
Most 3D printers are too small to print at once Bleuette body, it is divided into three sections which are assembled via dovetail.
It is possible to put the threaded rod in the body to stiffen the assembly but is not essential, it is already very stiff default!
Each part (top and bottom) of the body is divided into three sections, so there is a total of 6 pieces to print. The body is defined in body.scad, it is then cut in body_cutted.scad.
- 3D printer ;)
- Mallet, piece of wood
- 4x 3mm threaded rod
- 8 nuts M3
- 30 / 40% infill
- Given the size of these pieces, it is recommended to print on [BlueTape] (http://reprap.org/wiki/BlueTape) to prevent the retraction, the Kapton tape should be avoided.

The logo that will insert into the slot provided for this purpose on the top part.
Once everything printed, proceed to the assembly.
- Start by trimming dovetails, you can even "file" slightly so that it fits better at the outset. Remember to ensure that the holes for the threaded rods are clear.
- Align the two parts and fit them once enough followed suit a few hammer blows will definitely seal the 2 pieces.
- You can drag the threaded rods 3mm diameter and screw nuts M3.
- Insert OpenHardware logo into the slot on the carrier, it is possible to have the heat slightly so that, it deforms and fits perfectly into the slot.
Note : Tapping with a mallet, please do not slap directly on the piece, but on a piece of wood placed on top to spread the force of impact on the largest possible part of the piece.
