AKD digital outputs

The proper masking needs to be set to write to the AKD digtal outputs, using
COEWRITE/4 (1, 0x60FE, 2, 196608)
which is currently run in buffer 0 at controller startup.
To write to these outputs, one can use the Inputs/Outputs Manager in SPiiPlus MMI Application Studio, or write to the variables OUT1.16
and OUT1.17
for outputs 1 and 2, respectively. Set 0 for low and 1 for high.
The table below shows the wiring for using the turbine_angle
Global Virtual Channel.
