1. Review action items from last meeting
   • Andrew W. reached out to Peter S. about his implementation -- don't know response yet
   • Rosalyn: started an agenda for the Face 2 Face Meeting Agenda
   • Zimeon: trolled through use cases and find closed ones that should have been deferred --> marked proposed in scope v2
   • Neil: cleaned up PR #362 based on the conversation --> item below
2. Review contents of Neil's PR
   • PR looks good but we need to fix travis which is no longer happy with oraclejdk8 --> fixed by changing to jdk9 with #366, now want reviews of #362
