    • What we are releasing? Four features. Let's communicate this.
      • flagging features at the storage root
      • tombstones
      • package per version
      • content linking (aka object forking)
    • Requirements
      • two tools (validators, library, etc.) that implement
        • each tool must implement at least three of the four features.
        • every feature should be implemented at least once.
      • fixtures, validators, and error messages
        • need to be updated
        • must address all the new features in the spec
      • a period of time for comment
        • at least 6 months of an alpha release (for 1.0 this corresponded to 0.1 and sat around for 9 months)
        • at least 6 months of a beta release (for 1.0 this corresponded to 0.3 and sat around for 13 months)
