- Should we make changes to the Review/Merge Policy for extensions?
- If we add some better links to "other" extensions we would like to make the distinction between registered extensions (as the spec talks about them: https://ocfl.io/1.1/spec/#object-extensions and the list of registered extensions https://ocfl.github.io/extensions/
