- Community message to be drafted/posted re:1.1
- Communicate goals and scope of 1.1
- Define process for adding new issues in the 1.1 review period
- Define timeline (including a scope freeze: July 1)
- Action: Neil to draft release process
- Include: community review of at least one month
- Include: period for iteration/response to community review
- Include: requirement for creation of fixtures and validators prior to 1.1
- Highlight 1.1 issues that were discussed in editors meeting
- Note all post-1.0 issues
- Action: Andrew to categorize outstanding git issues into:
- non-controversial issues, requiring broader discussion, etc
